Pre and Post Sales
With 225 employees, of which 100 in the sales department and over 10 in the technical department, all the staff of the Finlogic group is able to provide adequate and specific advice in finding the right solutions to the individual needs of each company, and subsequently provide technical support. The initial pre-sale activity consists in offering a study, design, solution development and budgeting. It is usually entrusted to local agents with greater specialization in the required area (labeling, laser marking, identification, etc.). Post-sales activities such as installation, training, remote technical support and technical assistance are entrusted to specialized technicians present in the 7 technical assistance centers of the Finlogic Group.
To always have a technician available and manage problems quickly, we suggest signing a technical assistance contract instead of purchasing any hardware. When working, promptness in problem solving can be decisive and important in many respects!
