For a correct and functional management of returns and replacements of the products supplied by us, it is necessary to follow the procedure described below:
1. Fill out the form below in its entirety
2. One of our sales representatives will evaluate the request and will send you via e-mail (within one working day), the already pre-filled RMA form
3. Once the RMA form has been obtained, the goods can be shipped and the RMA document must be printed and attached to the return slip.
Please always follow the indicated procedure and do not simply ask for the RMA number.
MATERIAL NOT WITHIN THE RMA FORM WILL NOT BE WITHDRAWN AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED TO THE SENDER.
