HOW TO REQUEST A REPAIR INTERVENTION:
DOWNLOAD AND FILL IN THE RMA FORM (download the form here after reading the instructions) and send it to the address: rma@finlogic.it.
Be sure to fill in the form with all possible details, in order to facilitate the assessment of the situation.
Your request for assistance will be dealt with and will be answered within one business day of receiving the form.
Wait for the RMA number (Material Return Authorization) to be assigned before sending the device for repair. Without it the goods cannot be accepted.
Unless expressly indicated, technical assistance always means on-center.
ON-SITE ASSISTANCE REQUEST
In order to carry out on-site technical assistance with a technician's exit, it is necessary to send the completed RMA form specifying the on-site request, to the address: rma@finlogic.it and wait to receive a quote within 24 hours.
On printers we carry out replacement of heads, rollers, mechanical parts, firmware updates, software, installation support and much more. For those who wish, the service of replacement printers is available.
