HOW TO REQUEST A REPAIR INTERVENTION:


DOWNLOAD AND FILL IN THE RMA FORM (download the form here after reading the instructions) and send it to the address: rma@finlogic.it.
Be sure to fill in the form with all possible details, in order to facilitate the assessment of the situation.
Your request for assistance will be dealt with and will be answered within one business day of receiving the form.
Wait for the RMA number (Material Return Authorization) to be assigned before sending the device for repair. Without it the goods cannot be accepted.
Unless expressly indicated, technical assistance always means on-center.


ON-SITE ASSISTANCE REQUEST

In order to carry out on-site technical assistance with a technician's exit, it is necessary to send the completed RMA form specifying the on-site request, to the address: rma@finlogic.it and wait to receive a quote within 24 hours.

On printers we carry out replacement of heads, rollers, mechanical parts, firmware updates, software, installation support and much more. For those who wish, the service of replacement printers is available.

WARNING

 

  • The shipment of the product must be confirmed by an authorized Finlogic spa technician;
  • Color printers (laser, inkjet) are complex printing devices. Moving or transporting the appliance without the appropriate removal of the installed supplies can cause SERIOUS damage to the appliance. As a result, the appliance may not work properly and add up further malfunctions or damage;
  • Incorrect preparation of the appliance for transport according to the instructions in this section will result in INVALIDATION OF THE WARRANTY;
  • Color printers (laser, inkjet) must ALWAYS be shipped on a Europallet with labels that read "DO NOT UNBANK" "DO NOT TURN" (1 per side).


PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Turn off the power to the appliance. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet;
  2. Remove from inside the printer: label rolls;
  3. Secure all the moving parts of the printer to cancel any movement during transport (print head, cutter, etc.). The use of sponge sheets and paper adhesive tape is recommended;
  4. If the Finlogic technician is explicitly requested to ship the consumables (cartridges / toner, spare parts) as well, they must be carefully packed, preserving the packaging from any ink or toner spills;
  5. Insert the products in the original packaging, taking care to insert all the insulation devices of the product from blows (polystyrene, bags, etc.). If the original packaging is not available, pack the product ensuring total INSULATION AND PROTECTION from impacts;
  6. Firmly secure the packaging to the pallet

ATTENTION


Unless otherwise expressly authorized, all returns will be accepted only carriage paid and within 30 days. from the RMA authorization issued.
The return authorization is not attributable as an admission of the non-functionality of a product, but exclusively returned to ascertain this condition and proceed to the next stage. Where there is objective feedback to the return, the provision of proofs will be mandatory, especially if it is a consumable problem.
