The APLEX 4 applicator is an automatic label printing and applying system that optimizes high performance and low costs. Easy to install, APLEX4 is designed to be used with Toshiba B-EXt4T1 and B-EXT4T2 printers for a wide variety of industrial environments. It can label up to 30 items per minute and is available in 200, 300 and 600 dpi resolutions.

Label format
Maximum label width: 104 mm. With APLEX4 you can process both small labels from 25 by 25 mm as well as large labels from 116 by 200 mm.
Where to label
Labels can be applied to the top, bottom, or side of a box or package at any required rotation angle. Different packaging formats within the same line are not a problem.
Pressure
You can adjust the pressure with which the label is applied according to the fragility or delicacy of the product. In case of an application by blowing it is possible to set an air pressure between 4 and 6 bar.
Speed
Up to 30 labels per minute, adjustable arm speed. With the B-EX4T1 printer, which works with 800m long ribbons, the production line almost never stops.
