The Pro 1040 Series from OKI four CMYK colors, narrow format (5 "wide) is easy to configure and requires minimal training. Water and chemical resistant print
Proven is the ability to produce labels resistant to water and direct exposure to UV rays. The waterproof labels meet the standards of the indicated EU regulations regarding CLP for chemicals, according to which some two-color labels must survive up to three months underwater without the label or printed material peeling or disintegrate significantly. Using the synthetic “Teslin” material, the OKI Pro1040 can be used to produce multi-color waterproof labels, tested to survive underwater for the duration of the period required by the EU.
It is possible to print labels for chemicals, foods that go into the freezer and cold rooms, drinks, wines, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household items. Waterproof labeling is also ideal for horticulture, where plant and tree labels must withstand wet conditions.
