The MH240 Series is TSC's flagship printer for industrial barcode labels. The MH240 Series features excellent printhead technology, a fast processor and all the memory customers will need to print high quality labels delivered at the fastest speeds.

The MH240 Series offers the best print quality TSC has ever offered thanks to the latest premium printhead technology combined with fast processors and updated firmware. Our improved print quality is provided by the "Thermal Smart Control" ™ which accurately tracks and calculates the warm-up time for each pixel, so you always produce accurate, crisp and clear labels, whether printing one label at a time or thousands of labels in one batch.

Smart colorful display
The new MH240 Series features a 4.3 ″ high contrast color LCD touch panel with intuitive 6 button control for easy printer setup and job status monitoring. Common tasks such as label calibration are just a tap away. Menus can be customized to bring common tasks to the front screen, making the MH240 series the easiest printer to use.

Multiple Resolutions for a Wide Range of Applications
The MH240 Series can print on a wide variety of labels, ranging from patient safety in healthcare, electronics and jewelry labeling to shipping and distribution labels , making it ideal for industrial printing.

9 models are available with the new MH240 series. The MH240 / MH240T / MH240P prints at 203 dpi at speeds up to 14 inches per second, the MH340 / MH340T / MH340P offers a resolution of 300 dpi at speeds up to ten inches per second and the MH640 / MH640T / MH640P features a resolution of 600 dpi, making it ideal for printing very small 2D barcodes, graphics, fine print and other very high resolution images.

Loaded with standard features
The MH240 Series features a rigid die-cast aluminum frame designed to last in harsh environments and supports an 8.2-inch OD label roll and tape capacity of up to 600 meters for high-volume printing.

Because our printers are built to last, we come with a standard two-year limited warranty.

Optional full roll internal rewind
version The MH240P version of the printer allows you to rewind entire label rolls inside the printer. The full roll rewind printers (MH240P, MH340P and MH640P) are designed to internally rewind the complete label roll onto a 3 ″ core (equipped with a higher, non-standard printer base).

Powerful TSPL-EZ printer programming language
The TTP-240 series features the TSPL-EZ printer control language, a fully compatible set of industry standard emulations, including Line Mode, Eltron® and Zebra® languages ​​and will work in many IT environments including Oracle, SAP, Unix, AS / 400, Windows, Stand Alone and many more.
