The brand new LF140e die cutter is a compact system for finishing digitally printed labels, simply, quickly and economically. It can perform the 5 main functions, including the unwinding of pre-printed rolls, lamination for possible cold lamination, digital cutting of the contours, removal of the waste matrix, side cutting and rewinding of the finished rolls. Handles preprinted rolls with media widths between 100mm (3.94 ") and 140mm (5.51") and a maximum roll outside diameter of 200mm (7.87 "). It is the ideal complementary system for finishing labels produced with most digital roll printers such as the VP700 or OKI Pro1050 LED toner printer.
Very important is the optical registration of the black mark through an integrated camera and LED spotlight, which guarantees accurate repetitive precision even with complex cuts.
But what makes it unique and different from other die cutters is the control unit of the DTM LF140e: with the integrated 11.6 ″ touch screen, it is possible to control all functions and processes. Also included are numerous connections such as USB, Ethernet and even WLAN connectivity to access external cutting jobs.

The LF140e DTM comes to the customer as a fully assembled and pre-installed system. The 108kg device sits on a stable powder-coated steel workbench with rollers mounted, where you just plug in to start production.
