How do label dispensers work?
In these devices the reading of the label takes place by means of sensors managed by a microprocessor which work in self-learning, which automatically recognize the difference in transparency between the label and the backing paper. In this way they can present the label on the detachment blade, almost completely detached; picking up the label, the next one comes out automatically.
The control board of the semi-automatic label dispenser it allows to stop the rotation of the motor when the reel is finished or in case of paper break, signaling the anomaly with a sound signal. In some models there is also an electronic preselection counter with progressive counting of the labels dispensed or regressive with the stop of the dispensing of labels once the set number has been reached.
